Dr. Elwell is a global leader in design thinking and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Experience Design at IDEO. With a career spanning over two decades, he has driven transformative, human-centered initiatives at organizations like Google X and MIT Media Lab.
In his keynote, he will explore how designers can embrace uncertainty while building for the future — and why empathy remains the most powerful tool in solving complex, evolving challenges across industries and systems
